This is my attempt at a review of the Motorhead show I saw a few months back.  It's not too far off of what I would've written had I not been too lazy to write a review right after the show, as it's all still fresh in my mind, and my eardrums still bleed sporatically as a result of going to the show

What?

First and foremost:

To the warmup bands:  You guys did as best as you could, but you've gotta understand, you're playing before MOTORHEAD!  No offence, but you're gonna suck supremely in comparison (with the slight exception to Three Inches of Blood;  you guys wailed pretty awesomely.  I liked that).  If memory serves correctly, the warmup bands were (in order, I hope):  Damned 13, Three Inches of Blood and Corruption of Conformity.  I think there was another warmup band, too, but I honestly didn't care enough for them to give a damn about their name (not that I cared much for Damned 13 or Corruption, though).

So that settles that.

The Motorhead show was by far, the all time best (and only, to date) show I've ever been to.  Words can hardly do justice to how solid this show was.  Now, granted, the band did recently release "Inferno" (in 2004), so quite a few of the songs were off of that album, for publicities sake, I suppose you could say.  I was impressed by those tracks, which I assumed would be garbage, as bands that've been around for 20 or more years (Motorhead are in their 30th, son!) usually tend to start slipping.  What really did it for me, however, was the fact that they played every song I LOVE of theirs:  Metropolis, Iron Fist, Stay Clean, Bomber, Ace of Spades, Overkill, and about 2 1/2 hours' worth more (or maybe it just seemed that way?).  Man  I can't even stress how amazing that band is.  Everytime I listen to them on a stereo or CD player (at full blast, of course, although it barely does them justice) my mind goes back to how rad that show was.  They even had crazy fans up strippin' from their seats in the crowd!  To reiterate, this music was rocking womens' clothes off!  It was that good!  'Nuff said on this matter

If you didn't listen to Motorhead before this review, start listening to them now.
If you won't start listening to them, that's fine.  To each his own.  You're only depriving yourself of The Loudest Band on Earth, you moron!
