Yeah, there is no review. We bussed all the way down there (which was made all the more painful by some wank who
decided it'd be a great idea to try and bring some random-plant and a bug cardboard box he refused to open accross the
boarder), and right when we hit the town (Minneapolis, Minnesota) Ozzy called it in sick. They resheduled for Sept.
10th, but none of us have the time, nor the money to make it. Thanks alot, Ozzy. Ruin Christmas too, while you're
at it...
We did, however, meet an all-female softball team, go to the Hard Rock Café, The Mall of America and a nice big hotel,
get to wish a pretty lady a happy birthday (she requested a kiss on th'cheek from yours truly, if you can believe it) and
meet equally dissapointed Winnipeggers who tripped down there to see the show, too (Two cute chicks on the Lightrail train
and a dude with long hair and a Jets shirt at the mall. P.S, he was a nice guy, so anyone reading this, listen to his
radio show on 92.9 FM between 7:00 and 10:00. AM or PM, I didn't ask). There's not much else to report, so I'll
just list the rad schwag I was able to bring back to the motherland - Duty Free, even!
-An "Off the Wall" shirt (Vans) -A
pair of Geoff Rowley Motorhead shoes. That's right (Vans as well)
-A Sector 9 skateboard (Rules all over town!) -A new guitar Strap -The new Dane Cook Album, "Retailiation"! (Order
yours today!) -A New York Yankees fitted cap (apparently some New Yorker fans have a head as fat as mine. I'm no
baseball fan, I just like New York)
-A big 'ol Hard Rock Café Drinkin' glass
Yeah, exciting, I know!
"Oh my gaaahd, you guyes taahlk so faahnny! Listen too 'em! They sawnd British!" - One of the Chicago Softball girls. I seriously
dig those accents
